45、;/b></p><p> ?、?11工作面風(fēng)巷長(zhǎng)度1070米,巷道起伏4次,最大坡度18度,170、330拐彎各一處,運(yùn)輸由7臺(tái)JD~11.4調(diào)度絞車(chē)向工作面運(yùn)送材料。人員要跟車(chē)走,不斷換絞車(chē),掛車(chē),工作效率低,工作量和勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度都比較大,而且使用電氣設(shè)備較多,我礦為雙突礦井,給電氣管理帶來(lái)很大難度。為了改變現(xiàn)狀,克服以上缺點(diǎn),我礦對(duì)風(fēng)巷運(yùn)輸方式進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。</p><p><

46、b>  2、改造方案</b></p><p>  通過(guò)調(diào)研和論證,決定在我礦Ⅳ311風(fēng)巷,安裝一臺(tái)無(wú)級(jí)繩卡軌車(chē)替代原7臺(tái)JD-11.4調(diào)度絞車(chē)作為運(yùn)輸工具。該卡軌車(chē)適應(yīng)軌道軌距為600 mm,軌型18~24 kg/m軌道,最大坡度可達(dá)23°,水平曲率半徑9 m,豎平曲率半徑15m。</p><p>  3、無(wú)級(jí)繩卡軌車(chē)的主要技術(shù)參數(shù):</p>&l

48、0</p><p>  鋼絲繩單重 P=1.429 Kg/m</p><p>  牽引儲(chǔ)繩車(chē)自重 G0=3t</p><p>  4、卡軌車(chē)的結(jié)構(gòu)特征與工作原理</p><p>  無(wú)級(jí)繩卡軌車(chē)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)由牽引部分(電控)、車(chē)輛、軌道及繩導(dǎo)向和聯(lián)絡(luò)通訊等四大部分組成。</p><p>  4.1、

49、牽引部分由無(wú)極繩絞車(chē)、鋼絲繩、張緊器等組成。</p><p>  (1)雙滾筒無(wú)極繩絞車(chē)</p><p>  無(wú)極繩絞車(chē)是卡軌車(chē)系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力,靠絞車(chē)主繩輪與鋼絲繩之間的摩擦產(chǎn)生牽引力,從而帶動(dòng)車(chē)輛行走。鋼絲繩在主繩輪的包角為540°,絞車(chē)采用機(jī)械傳動(dòng)方式,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、使用可靠。電機(jī)選用隔爆型雙速電機(jī),功率為45~90 kW。減速機(jī)為DCY280型,絞車(chē)采用雙滾筒結(jié)構(gòu),一個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒,一

50、個(gè)導(dǎo)向滾筒,驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒上安裝12快帶繩槽輪襯,避免了咬繩問(wèn)題。</p><p><b>  (2)張緊器</b></p><p>  張緊器布置在絞車(chē)附近,用來(lái)吸收鋼絲繩的伸長(zhǎng)量,采用重陀張緊方式,有五輪張緊器和三輪張緊器。每個(gè)五輪張緊器吸收鋼絲繩的伸長(zhǎng)量為6米。重陀的作用是保證絞車(chē)鋼絲繩始終保持一定的張力。</p><p><b> 

51、 4.2、車(chē)輛</b></p><p>  車(chē)輛部分包括牽引儲(chǔ)繩(制動(dòng))車(chē)和各中載重車(chē)。牽引儲(chǔ)繩車(chē)為專(zhuān)用車(chē)輛,由車(chē)體、儲(chǔ)繩筒、牽引臂、鋼絲繩固定裝置,把鋼絲繩的兩個(gè)繩頭固定在本車(chē)上,并把余出的鋼絲繩纏繞在其上的儲(chǔ)繩筒上。絞車(chē)的牽引力經(jīng)鋼絲繩傳遞給牽引車(chē),牽引車(chē)再帶動(dòng)各種載重車(chē)運(yùn)行。</p><p><b>  4.3、軌道和輪系</b></p>

54、gt;<p> ?。?)開(kāi)車(chē)司機(jī)應(yīng)聽(tīng)從跟車(chē)司機(jī)指揮,未聽(tīng)到開(kāi)車(chē)信號(hào)不能隨意開(kāi)車(chē)。</p><p> ?。?)開(kāi)車(chē)司機(jī)應(yīng)注意牽引車(chē)行進(jìn)方向、絞車(chē)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)是否有異常響聲、輪襯磨損情況(一般輪襯磨損20mm就應(yīng)更換)。若發(fā)現(xiàn)輪襯磨損不均勻,應(yīng)立即將輪襯調(diào)邊。</p><p> ?。?)絞車(chē)電機(jī)應(yīng)先停電后,按《安全規(guī)程》的有關(guān)規(guī)定接線,接線牢固。</p><p>

55、; ?。?)減速機(jī)應(yīng)半年更換一次箱內(nèi)齒輪油(150號(hào)工業(yè)齒輪油);檢查減速機(jī)是否有不正常的滲油、漏油現(xiàn)象。</p><p> ?。?)絞車(chē)司機(jī)應(yīng)隨時(shí)觀察鋼絲繩運(yùn)行狀況,如發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼絲繩突然松動(dòng)或不運(yùn)行應(yīng)及時(shí)停車(chē),停車(chē)后詢問(wèn)出現(xiàn)情況;如發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼絲繩有亂繩現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)及時(shí)停車(chē)重新穿繩、緊繩。</p><p> ?。?)根據(jù)使用說(shuō)明書(shū)調(diào)節(jié)液力推桿制動(dòng)器,使液力推桿制動(dòng)器能夠快速制動(dòng)并制動(dòng)牢靠。</p

57、mm,而巷道寬度較小時(shí),應(yīng)每隔100 m左右在無(wú)繩側(cè)巷幫設(shè)人員躲避硐。</p><p>  (2)跟車(chē)司機(jī)在車(chē)輛行走過(guò)程中應(yīng)時(shí)刻注意車(chē)輛行走前方軌道是否正常,軌道中有無(wú)影響車(chē)輛運(yùn)行的雜物。</p><p> ?。?)行人時(shí)嚴(yán)禁人員騎鋼絲繩行走。</p><p> ?。?)轉(zhuǎn)彎處人員在鋼絲繩外側(cè)行走。</p><p> ?。?)坡道行車(chē)或修車(chē)時(shí)

58、,人員不應(yīng)在車(chē)輛的下方。</p><p><b>  6、效果分析</b></p><p>  無(wú)極繩卡軌車(chē)采用機(jī)械傳動(dòng)方式,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,操作簡(jiǎn)單,維修方便。在我礦Ⅳ311工作面風(fēng)巷取代七臺(tái)調(diào)度絞車(chē)的接力運(yùn)輸,實(shí)現(xiàn)工作面、巷道設(shè)備、材料不經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)載的連續(xù)運(yùn)輸。具體使用情況入下:</p><p>  1、運(yùn)輸能力大,運(yùn)輸效率高</p>&

59、lt;p>  實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)距離多變坡及拐彎巷道的連續(xù)運(yùn)輸,節(jié)省了中途摘掛鉤的環(huán)節(jié),提高工作效率,縮短了運(yùn)輸時(shí)間,單趟運(yùn)輸能力是調(diào)度小絞車(chē)的2~3倍。</p><p>  2、安裝方便,操作簡(jiǎn)單</p><p>  卡軌車(chē)系統(tǒng)采用普通軌道,軌道安裝方便,系統(tǒng)安裝好后,每班只需要2~3人(司機(jī)1人,跟車(chē)人員1~2人),跟車(chē)人員手拿手持基地電臺(tái)隨時(shí)跟絞車(chē)司機(jī)打點(diǎn)或通話。</p>&

60、lt;p><b>  3、安全性好</b></p><p>  在大變坡及拐彎巷道處增加了彎護(hù)軌使整個(gè)運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中很少出現(xiàn)礦車(chē)及材料車(chē)掉道現(xiàn)象;貨物的連續(xù)運(yùn)輸減少了摘掛鉤人員,減少了事故隱患;手持基地電臺(tái)的使用使跟車(chē)人員與司機(jī)可隨時(shí)聯(lián)系,遇到緊急情況可隨時(shí)停車(chē),緊急停車(chē)后,只有當(dāng)跟車(chē)工把手持基地電臺(tái)上的復(fù)位鍵復(fù)位后,絞車(chē)司機(jī)才可開(kāi)車(chē),安全可靠。</p><p>&
