4、isthesisaimsatmeetingtherequirementofagriculturedevelopmentbetterandincreasingsubsoilingdepthundertheconditionofnotincreasingpowersupplyThecontentofthisthesisisdetailedasfollows:(1)Withthecombinationofquantitativeandqual
5、itativemethods,systemanalysisisperformedregardingthecausesofvibration,theprocessesofreducingresistance,andthetillageprinciplesofselfexcitingvibrationandforcedvibration(2)Theoreticalanalysisandstructuredesignareconductedf
6、orthekeypartofforcedvibratingunitandtheoneofselfexcitingvibratingunit,thatis,eccentricshaftandelasticcomponent,respectively(3)Onthebasisofdesigningtestsubsoilingtillertwodifferentindoorsoilslotexperimentsaleconducted,and
7、abetterdesignofvibratingsubsoilingunitisachievedtoreduceresistancewithincreasingenergycostatthesametime(4)Anelasticcomponentisaddedtotheoriginalsubsoiling—rotaryseederandthusaselfexcitingvibratingsubsoilingunitisbuiltup,
8、andfieldexperimentsareconductedtotestthenewtiller’stillageperformanceThestudyshowsthatbothforcedandselfexcitingvibrationcanreducetractionresistance,howevertheformerincreasesthepowercostbecauseofthenecessityofdrivingthevi
