4、 were organized to get a platform of strategies to reduce the greenhouse gases emissions which into large party are the origin of the destruction of the ozone layer. During the third conference held in Kyoto(Japan) in

5、1997,a protocol was signed .In this protocol, the developed countries and those in the process of development were committed taking measures which will make it possible to reduce the greenhouse gases emissions by 5.2﹪

6、between 2008 and 2012 compared to the emissions already produced until 1990. All the intervening parties as regards activities being able to produce greenhouse gases should contribute to render livable our planet for

7、us and for the future generations. As the various physical infrastructures are vulnerable to environmental degradations related to the climatic changes, the authorities, the designers, the constructors and the users of

8、 these infrastructures should always include the environmental aspect in their daily activities. In the housing domain, the well environmental design can not only insure the comfort and health of the users but also ca
