2、dyeing and biodegradability; on the other hand,its producing process is green and no population to environment. Though there is a high proportion of a highly oriented, crystalline region within the fiber, the lateral coh
3、esion between the crystallites is week. When subjected under mechanical stress in swollen state,the fibers tend to produce surface fibrils. This wet fibrillation behavior can be manipulated to create a variety of finishe
4、d high fashion apparel but this behavior also brings some disadvantage in the producing process. So far, there has been no any uniform criterion on the evaluation of the fibrillation degree of Lyocell fabric. “Rank
5、-assessing of fibrillation” is developed in this paper to evaluate the fibrillation degree of fabrics which have been processed by different technologies. The fibrillation degree of the fabric is given by observing the t
6、op of fibers which are scraped from the fabric. This criterion can compare the fibrillation degree of fabrics which are treated by different secondary fibrillation process. The fibrillation treat includes the prima
7、ry fibrillation, the enzyme clean and the secondary fibrillation. In this paper, the main parameters of the primary fibrillation were determined though four factors-three level experiment. The main parameters were as fol
8、lows: processing temperature 100℃, processing time 90 minutes, pH 11 and liquor ratio 1:20. The fabric can be imparted a good clean surface when the dosage of the enzyme is 2g/L and the processing time is 45 minutes.
