1、國(guó)外已經(jīng)將基于數(shù)字微鏡器件(DMD)的動(dòng)態(tài)紅外景象投影技術(shù)應(yīng)用于紅外成像制導(dǎo)仿真系統(tǒng)。該技術(shù)采用二進(jìn)制脈寬調(diào)制技術(shù)來(lái)控制生成的紅外景象的灰度級(jí),它能夠產(chǎn)生高空間分辨率、高幀頻、無(wú)死像元、均勻性極好的紅外景象。本文針對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)紅外景象投影技術(shù)在雙色紅外成像制導(dǎo)仿真中的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)寬波段且滿(mǎn)足導(dǎo)引頭特性要求的光學(xué)系統(tǒng)。
本文首先介紹了DMD動(dòng)態(tài)紅外景象投影系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成及其基本原理,闡述了其核心器件DMD的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,并對(duì)單片DLP
2、系統(tǒng)做了簡(jiǎn)要介紹:分析了DMD紅外景象投影技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì),并討論了其關(guān)鍵技術(shù),如短暫假信號(hào)、微鏡衍射限制動(dòng)態(tài)范圍、DMD光學(xué)窗口的光譜透射問(wèn)題等。
結(jié)合被測(cè)導(dǎo)引頭參數(shù)和DMD參數(shù)分析了投影系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)及指標(biāo),應(yīng)用光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)軟件ZEMAX,采用折.衍混合的方法設(shè)計(jì)了一種雙波段紅外投影物鏡,工作波段為3~5μm和8~12μm,F數(shù)為3.2,半視場(chǎng)1.3°。并對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)完成的物鏡進(jìn)行了MTF分析、畸變分析等,對(duì)系統(tǒng)能量進(jìn)行了核算,各項(xiàng)指
