3、 Jarud Banner, InnerMongolia, this investigation summed up the Horqin cattle growth regularity andcharacteristics by comparing and analyzing Horqin cattle growth characteristics statistics,and this study analyzed the rum
4、en microbial diversity aiming to provide scientific evidencefor the standardization and systematic farming of Horqin cattle.In 2015 and 2017, the born, six months, twelve months and eighteen months oldHorbin cattle from
5、different areas of the Jarud were selected and their weights weremeasured on a scale. The lengths of the special measuring rods and soft feet were measured.Body height, chest circumference, and tube circumference, combin
6、ed with data from 1990,2001, and 2010, were analyzed and compared; 2 cattle were slaughtered at theslaughterhouse in Jarud and cattle rumen was stripped, and 16S rRNA high-throughputsequencing technology was used to dete
7、ct the rearing ruminal microbial diversity in Horqincattle under different conditions.The results showed that the height, body length, chest circumference, tubecircumference, and body weight of the Horqin cattle have bee
8、n significantly improvedthrough 27 years of improvement. And through high-throughput sequencing, Ruminococcus,Ruminpcoccus, Ruminococcaceae UCG005, Fibrobacter, Prevotella, Papillibacter,Christensenellaceae, Erysipelotri
9、chaceae, Rikenellaceae and unclassified Bacteroidaleswere found in the rumen of Horqin cattle. The genus Erysipelotrichaceae, Rikenellaceae,unclassified Bacteroidales, and the like include a variety of fiber-degrading ba
10、cteria, suchas rumenococcus and filamentous genus microorganisms.In conclusion,by measuring and analyzing the body weight and body size of Horqincattle, a basic database of the growth regularity and production performanc
