3、ABSTRACT II . ABSTRACT The air communications node technology is one of the important supporting technology of advanced aircraft and multi-service joint operations. The sophistication of its performance have a directly i
4、nfluence on the comprehensive performance of the aircraft. In the current tense international situation, we have to manufacture lighter advanced aircraft which can fly faster, it need smaller driving force, it is cheaper
5、, and it have better comprehensive performance. The communications node is an essential key part of the aircraft, we can made communications antenna lighter in order to manufacture lighter aircraft. The USA has developed
6、 the best technology in the air communications node, its airborne communications node have multifunction. However, the researchs of Chinese engineers are focus on the structure of light circuit, but the researchs of mic
7、rosystem design and manufacturing lab of UESTC are focus on the structure of light air communications node, they have developed MEMS L/C/X microstrip antenna array based on high resistivity silicon substrate in the recen
8、t years. Microstrip antenna is the base of the air communications node technology, because it have small size, light weight, low profile, good compatibility with integrated circuits, and it is also conformal with the car
9、rier. Without increasing the size of antenna, Dual-band antenna can work in two different frequency simultaneously, It can transmit or receive signals with a separate frequency respectively. Not only it can ensure that t
10、he transmit signals is isolated from the receive signals, but aslo it have a variety of advantages on space, weight and cost. It’s a promising direction to manufacturing antennas and other RF devices with Micro Electrome
11、chanical System technology. MEMS technology, Microelectronics technology and precision processing technology make the antenna better than the conventional device in size, features, physical properties, value and many oth
