3、the function of BIM series software increasingly perfecting, BIM technology is widely used in building design, construction, management, and post-maintenance phase. building information model can take into account all th
4、e durability factors in the whole life cycle. thus establishing BIM model to study the durability of concrete structures is important. The main work includes the following three aspects: First of all, With the deeply un
5、derstanding of the concept of LOD, based on the request of LOD specification using stepwise refinement of classification, the factors that influence the durability of concrete structures on internal factors and external
6、factors in accordance with the material level, component level and stratified hierarchy, and in accordance with the classification criteria drawn based on concrete LOD framework that influence the durability factors. Sec
7、ond, research the environment and development platform of Revit secondary development, use Revit API application interface create a program by Add-in Manager Revit plug-in load program file, complete the function of conc
8、rete reinforcement in concrete beams and columns. using the function of Revit shared parameters created member properties can be customized to add the factors that influence the durability of concrete structures to the p
