5、ely.The reSLilts were quite satisfactory with no pain, parastesia, or tenderness, a mean resorbtion of 1.5 mm with good occlusion and negligible disc displacement.CONCLUSION:comparing the result of conventional therapy,

6、open reduction using pre-auricularapproach and the method we followed i.e. retromandibular approach with intentionalvertical osteotomy it was very clear that this method is very beneficial over others in terms of safety
