1、五邑大學本科畢業(yè)設計 五邑大學本科畢業(yè)設計(論文 論文)I摘要 摘要本文主要針對目前市場上仍沒有綜合性能十分完善的聚氨酯水性涂料, 單純的水性聚氨酯在性能上還不能滿足人們的需求,利用環(huán)氧樹脂出色的粘接能力、高模量、高強度、優(yōu)良的附著力、低收縮率和耐水、耐化學性好等優(yōu)點以及丙烯酸樹脂較好的耐水性、保色性、物理機械性能和耐候性能且成本低廉的特點, 通過接枝共聚方式將這兩種樹脂引入水性聚氨酯鏈段中,對水性聚氨酯進行改性。文中通過以甲苯二異氰酸
2、酯(TDI) 、聚醚多元醇(PPG220) 、二羥甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三羥甲基丙烷(TMP)、 乙二胺(EDA)、 環(huán)氧樹脂 (E-44) 、 2-乙烯氧甲基-2-羥甲基丁醇(TMPME)和丙烯酸 (MMA、 BA、 AA)混合單體等為主要原料,通過自乳化法合成了以環(huán)氧樹脂(E-44)改性的水性聚氨酯乳液,在環(huán)氧樹脂改性水性聚氨酯的基礎上,利用丙烯酸酯進一步改性。最終得到性能優(yōu)良的改性聚氨酯乳液。 研究了多個化學組分對乳液粘度、穩(wěn)定性
