5、registeredaccdingtotheregulationsofthelegislationinfce.”TheimplementingregulationsstatethatnonMuslimmarriagesmustberegisteredwiththeCivilRegistryOfficefollowingthereligiousceremonywhileMuslimmarriagesmustberegisteredwith

6、thelocalOfficeofReligiousAffairs.Theseprovisionshavebeeninterpretedasprohibitingmarriagebetweenpeopleofdifferentreligions.Thisisbecauseinderfamarriagetoberegisteredamarriageceremonymustbeconductedinaccdancewitharecognize
